Getting started

How do I start using Lukrio?

Sign up with your WhatsApp number, you'll get a message from Lukrio and start sending expenses right away. No app to download, no bank credentials to share.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The 14-day free trial doesn't require a payment method. When it ends, you can pick a plan or keep using the free version with a 50-entry limit.

Does it work in any country?

Yes. Lukrio works anywhere WhatsApp is available and supports multiple currencies (USD, EUR, MXN, COP, ARS, CLP, PEN and more).

Can I connect more than one WhatsApp?

On the Personal plan, only 1 number. On the Family plan you can link up to 5 numbers to the same shared account.

Daily use

What formats does Lukrio understand?

Text, voice notes, photos of receipts, PDFs of bank statements. Send it however you prefer and Lukrio processes it.

What if I typo or Lukrio gets it wrong?

Just reply and it corrects. For example: 'no, it was $30 not $300' or 'that was food, not transport'. It learns from your corrections.

Can I delete an expense I logged by mistake?

Yes. Write 'delete the last expense' or open the web dashboard to delete or edit specific entries.

Does it track income too?

Yes. Salary, client payments, rent, dividends — all in the same assistant.

Does it auto-categorize?

Yes, with AI. Categories adapt to the ones you tell it you use (food, transport, housing, family expenses, etc.).

Dashboard and reports

How do I access the web dashboard?

You can sign in using the 'Log in' button at lukrio.com, or ask Lukrio over WhatsApp: 'send me the dashboard link'. Either way, a temporary link will be sent to your email. No passwords to remember.

What do I see in the dashboard?

Detailed charts, month-over-month comparison, top categories, budgets, editable entries and one-click Excel export.

Can I export to Excel?

Yes. From the web dashboard with one click, or by asking Lukrio on WhatsApp: 'export my expenses to Excel'. The file comes back right in the chat.

Can I request reports via chat?

Yes. 'How much have I spent this month', 'my food expenses', 'how much did I spend on travel last year'. Lukrio answers instantly.

Security and privacy

Do you ask for my bank credentials?

Never. Lukrio doesn't connect to your bank. You tell it what you spend; we never touch your accounts.

Do you use my data to train AI?

No. Your conversations don't train models nor are shared with third parties. We only process them to respond and categorize.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, anytime. Write 'delete my account' to Lukrio or do it from the dashboard. Your data is erased within 24 hours of confirmation.

Do you have a clear privacy policy?

Yes. Published on the website and written without fine print. If anything is unclear, write to us and we'll explain.

Billing and pricing

How much does it cost?

Basic plan: free (up to 20 transactions/month). Personal plan: $4.90 USD/month (was $7, 30% off active). Family plan (up to 5 people): $8.40 USD/month (was $12, 30% off active). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, no card required.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no penalty. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Do you charge per transaction or message?

No. Flat monthly fee: use Lukrio as much as you want.

Do you accept local cards?

Yes. We accept credit and debit cards from most LATAM countries and Spain.
