These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lukrio's personal finance service delivered via WhatsApp ("Service"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, sending a registration form on lukrio.com, or interacting with Lukrio's WhatsApp bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Lukrio.
2. Description of Service
Lukrio is an AI-powered personal finance assistant that operates via WhatsApp. The Service allows you to:
- Register and categorize expenses and income by sending text messages, voice notes, photos of receipts, or PDF documents.
- Query your financial data and obtain summaries and reports via WhatsApp chat.
- Set and track category budgets.
- Access a web dashboard with charts, month-over-month comparisons, and Excel export.
Lukrio is a personal finance tracking tool, not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. Any information provided by Lukrio is for informational and organizational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Your Account
To use Lukrio, you must provide a valid WhatsApp phone number, full name, and email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account, which is used to authenticate your identity.
Each account is personal and associated with a single WhatsApp number. You may not share your account, transfer it to another person, or use it on behalf of a third party without their explicit consent.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your WhatsApp number in connection with Lukrio.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Lukrio offers the following plans:
Free Trial — 14 Days
All Personal plan features, free for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can continue with the Basic plan or upgrade to Personal.
Basic — Free
View your balance and spending history, query summaries, up to 20 transactions per month.
Personal — $4.90 USD / month (regular price $7, 30% off active)
Unlimited transactions, image/voice/PDF processing, visual reports, Excel export, category budgets, and priority support.
Family — $8.40 USD / month (regular price $12, 30% off active)
Everything in Personal, up to 5 members, per-member spending views, shared family budgets.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your country of residence.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes via WhatsApp and email.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Lukrio only for lawful personal finance management purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to track finances for illegal activities, money laundering, or tax evasion.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an unauthorized manner.
- Abuse, threaten, or harass our support team or any person associated with Lukrio.
- Use the Service on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems or data of other users.
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service outside of authorized integrations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.
6. Your Data and Content
You retain full ownership of the financial data, messages, and files you send to Lukrio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit. Lukrio is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by you.

7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Lukrio Service — including the brand, logo, software, AI models, user interface, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Lukrio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right to use Lukrio's brand name, trademarks, or intellectual property for commercial purposes.

Information and summaries provided by Lukrio are for personal organizational use only. Do not make financial, investment, or tax decisions based solely on Lukrio's output without consulting a qualified professional.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service. We are not responsible for losses arising from service downtime, data inaccuracies, or AI processing errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lukrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial opportunity, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. WhatsApp and Twilio Compliance
The Service is delivered via the WhatsApp Business API, operated through Twilio. Your use of Lukrio is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Meta's policies. By using Lukrio, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages from our business number as part of the Service.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp and by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
